With the support of the Misor Foundation, Snail.com has been promoting practical, self-sufficient and autonomous services among people with mental disabilities in China since 2009. With more than 1,000 members, Snail.com has become the first nationwide network, focusing on the individual's autonomy, peer-to-peer, and self-advocacy of people with disabilities, rather than just charity and social services.

Snail Network promotes the improvement of its members' lives and the overall development of China's disability service industry by organizing and organizing many different types of activities, such as membership activities, training events, publications, summer camps, communication platforms, advocacy activities and publicity activities.

As a platform for “de-institutionalization”, Snail Network strives to bring together members of different institutions in the country, unite their strengths, and work side by side with them to achieve the goal of improving the living standards of people with mental disabilities. Members of Snail Network have experienced a large number of rich and fulfilling personal abilities. The snail network gives members the possibility that they are not available outside, and their leadership is fully explored and played in a patient, step-by-step manner. Many members have become convincing public spokespersons, so that the community can hear their expectations. Some members have also discovered their love for performance, in which they have established many friendships, the most important of which is the self-understanding and self-acceptance of members.
